Quality Control

The Delaney Group displays full Quality commitment on all of our Projects. Quality Control personnel facilitate our process interacting with Site Superintendents, Project Managers and quality assurance personnel to achieve highest quality standards. Occasionally they will interact with owners, regulatory authorities and company executives on an array of project matters. Quality control maintains responsibility for the three phases of the control process, in addition to observation of subcontractor activities, maintenance of the submittal process and preparation of Daily Quality Control reports.
Staff QC positions exist at both project and corporate levels. Corporate level positions require previous construction quality experience with proven management skills. Project level positions require construction experience coupled with the interpersonal skills to effectively facilitate the process while influencing the culture of the respective project. All Quality staff positions require attention to detail, critical thinking, and adaptability in a fast paced, ever-changing construction environment.
