Project Management
Our project managers oversee and direct activites on a wide range of infrastructure and energy related construction projects across North America. We are involved in preparing proposals, planning, studies, budgeting, recruiting, staffing, client relations, financial management, technical management, coordination of multi-discipline engineering efforts, identifying, selecting, and managing subcontractors quality control, quality assurance, contract administration, and contract and claims management. The role will involve direct interaction with construction staff to ensure high quality deliverables and consistent project delivery to clients.
Project Managers participate in business development activities including the identification of opportunities, proposal preparation, presentations, contract negotiations, amendments, change notices, and contract claims. They help achieve strategic objectives by align resources with goals and pursue opportunities that meet company objectives.
